when it all began...

32 nations fought to lay their hands on this:

yes one and only: the fifa world cup trophy.

well now only two teams are left, and now i think i'll do a world cup blog since i have no school tomorrow... haha yes. recap recap:

probably one major revelation of the world cup was once again the support of the korean fans. the cheering they provide surely put them as one of the best if not THE BEST fans in the world. you could just feel the whole country putting down everything else in support of their team, and as korea was the only asian team to advance to the knockout stages - they even had the weight of the entire continent on their backs.

other than army of fans in red, coaches have also made their mark on the tournament, more notably: juergan klinsmann.

but no doubt my favourite is still:

Guus Hiddink. the star coach of 2002 - having brought south korea to the semi finals, and also the star coach of 2006 - having bought an unknown australian side to the quarter finals, and beaten by an unfortunate 93rd minute penalty from Italy. (TYCO)

this is a classic joke. really. and FINALLY he has said his goodbyes. after having an affair with dunno whose secretary and after talking to a fake sheikh only to be exposed as a newspaper cover up... (sounds like a loser) sven has finally left and now MAYBE english soccer can improve.

c'mon lor. he has owen, rooney, j cole, lampard, gerrard, beckham, a cole, ferdinand, terry, neville in his starting eleven and has pple like crouch, campbell, lennon, hargreaves and many more on his bench and yet they are so lousy.

even fandi ahmad wld make a better coach. look at the young lions now... solid or wad?

alright enough of coaches and fans. lets now look at the most important aspect - the players themselves.

zidane again. shows why he's godlike.

maybe the vatican cld faster just make him a saint. haha ultimate zainess.

and he who at the age of 33, plays like a 23 year old at his peak of his life, totally thrashed wad many think is the "best player in the world"

none other than ronaldinho. but he has dissapointed. badly.

probably its the reason why brazil were eliminated.

again we can never have a lack of jokes, and this is another classic.

for stamping on the groin of an opponent and pushing his man u teammate ronaldo?

probably rooney could do with a little of plastic surgery. wld fit the overall package better.

but the ultimate one must have to be this guy:

and the most funny thing is he falls to the ground at such a high rate i think i have a suggesstion for him (since he likes to dive so much...)

and that is: go be a scuba diver. fits him better.

the guy above gave another guy 3 yellow cards before sending him off. how smart.

i really wanna see another of that on monday.
