it is officially post exams, and the blues eventually have settled in.

long and tiring this week has been. let's do a recap to see wad happened overall.

monday was a big day. and big means really BIG..

and what else but results day it was. well actually at that time most of us had gotten back most of our results already coz well the anticipation had been killing us really but there was still that economics paper which was really holding the suspense up in the air. everyone as tense as one could be (you could see white hair appearing on some) and it was not helped by the fact that some of our lives held in the balance.

overall on a personal note i was rather satisfied with my results but of course with the knowledge that it could have been much better if only... well nah in life there are too many if onlys. so shall leave it the way it is.

indeed it is very very sad disappointing and many other emotions summed up together, for 06S23 will cease to have 24 people the next year. the final number is still unconfirmed but with all hope i really wish that the number will be as close to the original one as possible. it is difficult and a very trying time for everybody esp. those who are directly affected and in one way or another it does affect everybody, coz of course very few pple would want such a thing to happen. it has been a few days since i sat down and thought bout this and well wad can there be done but to move on with life. it sucks tremendously but we can't do much can we.

on a brighter note there was class outing on thursday!

and we went to suki sushi. yes buffet lunch. and of coz pigs like us wad else do we do - we eat la! so munch munch munch straightaway and ate non stop till we got sick of it.

mi table started to play "zhong ji mi ma" next. and boy oh boy it sucked. there was one challenge that was to eat jellyfish which is something i've learnt to dislike. well i've never touched it before coz of the gooieness and all and now i had to eat a portion of that crap. so i struggled to swallow it down and eventually i didn't and ended up puking. heh interesting right. all that rice and sashimi and everything all go down the toilet bowl.

soon the class made fun of justin and annabel coz of our interesting trip to cineleisure and boy it was funny. but i must applaude them for being rather sporting or was it just a case of both being willing? hahaha that we must find out soon.

but then the joke soon turned on me. sianned no further elaboration here.

after that we went to tong's house to play pool and mahjong. somethign really interesting happened there. i was playing mahjong with chester belinda and annabel i think when bob came over and tried to act seh with his mahjong lingo and went to ti-siao us by going "pong pong pong!!" and "kong kong kong"

and we looked at him and like wth is "kong kong kong?"

well he was meaning "kang" la. yeah we were like wth u talking sia mr. kong (our chinese teacher) ar?

den guess wad. my phone rang.

"hello yao liang ar? wo shi lao shi ar..."

WAH SCARY LEH!!!! just when we were talking about him then he called me. wah seh sometimes really some things that happen are just pure freaky.

so that was class outing. dun really haf much pics though.

another major event that happened this week wld be with relation with our teachers. sad to say two of or class' favourite and most endearing teachers will be "retaining" in j1 nxt year coz they are supposedly new and thus do not have the necessary experience to take us on our A level journey nxt year. which obviously is a fallacy. (can't rmbr which type though... been talking too much during lessons heh)

yeah Ms Ong and Mr Chua, our Physics + Me and GP teacher respectively. it has been a great honour to be taught by them and really taken leaps and bounds in taking up the subject coz both have been so endearing to all of us, always giving us encouragement and advice to work hard, excel and succeed and pushing us on in a positive light no matter how dim the circumstances.

(unlike certain teachers who all they do everyday is to tell the world how great they supposedly are - pulling people from an F grade to an A grade and then after that showing how many committees they are part of and how much trouble the class only seems to gve to them)

it was hard for the class to accept i think, even now many of us are still in little bit of a disbelief why such unfortunate circumstances have to befall us. (the better ones leave while those who only serve to make our studies worse stay with us) haii but wad to do - life goes on doesn't it?

it really stinks man. many of the old teachers really shld be sent for re-training coz of wrong teaching methods and attitudes. im not saying they do not have the necessary knowledge but if their old-aged teaching methods do not fit in with the modern day student anymore. at this age one has to be very patient and try their utmost to constantly motivate and encourage students even though they have been the most disappointing student there can be coz only this way will many students bother to make the effort to try to excel. scolding them or putting them down will only serve to make things worse.

aniwae thank you ms ong and mr chua for really brightening our days up. and at the same time i'm very sorry for being the nuisance that i am in class, always talking and never listening. but really thanks a lot for giving us the motivation to study for physics and GP and trying hard to excel in it coz of the constant encouragement. and definitely im sure the class feels the same way.

today was training and it was productive. hopefully im improving esp. on my release.

aniwae SA146 aka five for fighting aka the self-proclaimed zai group met up for PW. we went to millenia walk which was suprisingly a big number of pple although it was not crowded. ended up at some irish cafe which sells damn expensive sandwiches and lousy banana and strawberry smoothies which taste like sour plums. well it was okayly productive la coz definitely it could have been better but it was still alright. typical of my grp nowadays. we tend to talk a lot. heh too much for our own good. and playing solitaire.

aniwae after that i met backup wif the bowlers and we watche prestige. and oh man by the words of harry potter it was BLOODY BRILLIANT!!! and im dead serious. in fact i dun think i can find a phrase more apt to describe the movie. go watch it coz it really is one of the best the past ten years of movies has to offer. even if were to pay 20 bucks for it i wld still watch it man. it is really that freaking good.

reached home pretty late. 2am for that matter. luckily mi parents are not around or i wld get killed man. well my week of freedom is over as my parents will be back in singapore by around 4 or 5am.

aniwae i've learnt that i still have a long way to go in learning some financial management skills. totally overspent like crazy this week and i really dun understand why. but ohwell wad to do spent liao means spent liao.

aniwae i getting tired. ferrari is suay until i dun wanna blog bout it liao. nites pple.
