and just like that, i have resigned from work.

"resigned" that is. haha i've been here since i was born la wth.

life has been pretty fun recently! been having lots of different activities almost everyday and it's great meeting up with everybody again man.

i've gone on holiday also. haha visited chiang mai with my family over five days. mainly it was pretty relaxing, cos there's nothing much to visit! five days in a city and you're bound to run out of stuff. but it was fun plus shopping was cheap. bought like eight shirts there and could have easily bought more man.

and guess wad, i did a bungy jump. haha kena owned backside man. it was so high up and i didn't expect it to be that high. but then the feeling of going freefall is shiok man. although it was $75 it was worth every single cent of it.

there's lots of adventure stuff in chiangmai, so i predict sometime in the future i'll go back there with some friends. there's like whitewater rafting and rockclimbing venues and trekking and rainforest high element stuff. quite cool. we took this ATV, which stands for all terrain vehicle (not auto transmission vehicle), and rode up the mountains of northern thailand for 3 hours! it was damn fun la going on the dirt track and stuff.

also we visited myanmar and laos. as in really went in. so it was pretty cool being in 3 countries in one day. Myanmar was scary though, we had to sort of "smuggle" ourselves in by bribing the officials there. The worst part was we had to surrender our passports at the immigration while we were in myanmar and it was quite a relief that we were handed it back! (Imagine if they just acted dumb and said they didn't have our passports?)

my class has also met up a few times. really glad the botaks had their POPs and they had a week half long break. So we got to catch up quite a bit and it was nice listening to all the army tales cos i've gotta start forseeing wad to expect in there. that day too we met up for ice skating! which was really darn fun man and funny not to say the least. just two days ago we had dinner at swensens too which was hilarious we stayed there to talk for like 4 hrs. cool stuff!

DRIVING!!! haha. im gonna complete it before i enter army i swear. its been pretty fun and easy going so far, except i almost knocked down some pedestrians the other day. i think im the type of driver that will chiong the expressway at 100km/hr kind and drive on the right lane and lane-change without signalling kind. haha so bukitbatokians + jurongians + gombakians + choachukangians beware! yewliang's on the road.
